A. How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Users can request complete account deletion and the removal of associated personal data through either of the following methods:
In-App Deletion:
Navigate to Settings > Account > Delete Account within the application and confirm your request.
Web Request Form / Email:
If you no longer have the app installed email your request directly to info@solextron.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
B. Scope of Data Deleted
Upon fulfilling an account deletion request:
All profile information, account credentials, and user-generated project data associated with the account will be permanently purged from our primary production databases.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance: Certain transactional or audit logs may be retained for up to [e.g., 90 days / 1 year] solely where required for legitimate business purposes, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
5. Children's Privacy
Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
